Willwork Global Event Services is hiring for the following position:

Production Artist to assist our team in the production of graphic material.

You will collaborate with team members to format artwork, ensure print quality standards are met, and will collect, process and organize files.

Responsible for troubleshooting problems that may arise with a project and coming up with creative solutions.

Must have a keen eye for detail and the technical know-how to get the job done. You will be working with design programs including Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop and must know your way around a spreadsheet. You will be communicating with printers for quality assurance and control. You will be responsible for making the design deliverables happen. You must have strong layout skills, organizational abilities to ensure artwork is print-ready and projects are completed on time.

WE ARE HIRING

Willwork Global Event Services is hiring for the following position:

Billing Analyst to assist with the daily billing requirements for our Labor Industry Clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sales orders from various data sources by researching and analyzing information, capturing time and materials along with other job-related expenses.
Monitoring the flow of the billing process from sales order to final invoice approval.
Processing credit card payments and various cash applications.
Create analytical reports from the billing system data.
Other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business related field
2-3 years’ experience with billing in a service-related field is a plus. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills are necessary. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Prior experience with QuickBooks required.

Full -Time position with a complete benefit package.
