We can pay you or provide a vendor booth (no charge) at our convention. Sure, we can do this through AI but we would rather support a 💚 human creator. Thank you so much!

Ok let's address the 🐘 elephant in the room.

We know the community has been talking about a recent neighboring convention that unfortunately didn't go as planned, and our hearts really go out to the owners, amazing vendors and attendees who were left disappointed.

🤓 It’s a strong reminder of how important a great event experience is. Here at The PropCon, we are working tirelessly behind the scenes to build an incredible, vibrant environment for everyone. As a first year convention, we are so excited to share what we have built, and we would love your help spreading the word!

What makes our event so unique is our deep focus on entertainment and highlighting the incredible talents who create one of a kind props, fabrication, and collectibles. We’re bringing a massive variety of attractions to the Ocean Center, including:
✅ Special Guests & Entertainment: Movie celebrities, live shows, the Ghostbusters, Pikabellechu, and live music.

✅ Creators & Hands On Fun: Special effects masters, prop builders, 3D printing, and interactive workshops.

✅ Fandoms & Adventure: Cosplay, anime, LARPing, pirates, comic books, and armor for sale.

✅ Shopping & Collectibles: Toys, trading cards (Pokémon too!), books, jewelry, and perfume.

✅ Family Activities: Face painting and tons of other fun attractions for all ages.

We have been pouring our hearts into planning this for over a year, and we truly welcome any advice or suggestions from the community. We want you to enjoy yourselves and take home memories that will last a lifetime.

Since we are right in the heart of Daytona Beach, we highly encourage you to make a full weekend out of it! The Ocean Center is just 400 steps from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, Daytona Beach Bandshell, family friendly parks and waterparks Daytona Lagoon, active nightlife, and across the Ocean Center is the famous Peabody Auditorium (by the way the band America is playing oct. 4 @ 7pm, catch the show after the PropCon). Let's do this!

✨We are proud to present Never Too Nerdy Decor to The PropCon! We love the energy and, of course, the interesting crafts! Make sure to stop by on October 3 - 4 at the Ocean Center.

About the creator: "I am small business that makes handmade items that are practical and can used as decor for adults who still love their fandoms as deeply as they did as children. Of course, the items can be for children as well. I want to participate because I have a theatre background myself, and I believe some of my items fit in very well with the theme of your con."

🌜🌻 Let's welcome Yvonne Studios to The PropCon! We are thrilled to have such a fantastic addition to our lineup. An Air Force veteran and NSB local, Yvonne will be at the Ocean Center on October 3&4 showcasing unique works of art. 🎟️ Tickets: thepropcon.com

Yvonne Studios is a New Smyrna Beach based artist studio creating original ceramics, sculpture, wearable art, and small batch merchandise. Her work ranges from whimsical coastal pieces to expressive figurative art centered on strength, individuality, resilience, and a little bit of rebellion.

Her booth will be designed as an interactive art experience where visitors can explore the stories and inspiration behind the original sculptures and artwork and see how those pieces evolve into wearable art and merchandise. Yvonne enjoys talking with visitors about the creative process and the symbolism incorporated into individual pieces, stop by and say hello.
