Spotlight Vermont Dance and Performing Arts education for the Burlington and Vergennes communities. Over 60 classes per week taught by working professionals.

Spotlight On Dance facilities and offerings are designed to maximize students' ability to develop the skills needed to become strong, confident dancers and performers. Student-teacher ratios are maintained at an optimum level to ensure individual attention is always available. Classes are easily observable from our comfortable waiting rooms (including video monitors to view classes, Wi-Fi, magazines and books to read).

✨Countdown to the Fall Season 🍂 with Jazz/Jazz Fusion at Spotlight Vermont💃🕺!!!

Feel the rhythm, style, and soul in Spotlight Vermont’s Jazz/Jazz Fusion classes. These dynamic sessions blend ballet technique with modern and NYC-style jazz, creating emotionally expressive movement that’s as powerful as it is fun.

Perfect for dancers ages 11–14, each 90-minute class includes ballet barre, contemporary, and jazz giving equal time to each style and fusing fall-and-recovery with performance flair seen on shows like So You Think You Can Dance.

Countdown to the Fall Season 🍂 with Hip Hop at Spotlight Vermont🙌!!!

Get in tune with the basics of hip hop culture, music and movement in Spotlight Vermont’s hip hop classes.

These classes start around the age of 8 years old and grow with the dancer into high school.

Our hip hop classes are geared toward teaching students basic hip hop steps, beats, and rhythms such as poppin’, locking, and breaking, as well as freestyle movement.

Next Week⏳⏳⏳!!! Still a few spots in our Musical Theatre Intensive 🎭!

This camp for students with musical theatre experience, is taught by Spotlight Theatre Academy instructors Becky Millard, Kyla Paul, and Stefanie Seng, who will focus on singing, dancing, and acting skills. The camp culminates in a Showcase performance on Friday, August 15th!

Date: August 11 - 15, 2025
Time: 9am-3pm
Ages: 11-14 years
Cost: $400/week
