We do not post here on catering by Dale very often anymore as we have migrated into a new event space and our new commercial kitchen.
Copper At Dorset is where you will find us hanging our hat!
We still do lots and lots of off premise catering. We just now have an event space that we do a lot of on premise food and bar services plus our takeout restaurant for lunch, frozen and fresh meals and we are booking special events in our private social event space.
Same food only better !

In Charlotte beginning late May every Friday and Saturday throughout the summer.
we are grateful to be here and now to be offering an event space at the marina lakeside!

For helping us during Covid to keep going and here we are in our 6th year, still offering awesome food for not only the boaters but also the many local Charlotters
who continue to pre-order full amazing meals to be delivered each week with the arrival of our food truck on site. You can pre-order anything off our menu menus for delivery every Friday night or simply stop by the food truck for that menu as you’re walking by to your boat!!!! we hope to see you again!

Are you following us? ?
We are consolidating and rebranding and will not be posting to this Instagram much longer. We still do offsite catering, weddings, and events like we always have but we now have our new commercial event space and kitchen. Please follow us to stay in tune with what we are offering, including pop-up dinners, Wednesday Topas nights, ladies night out, theme parties, of course we do all special occasions on site and offsite.
We also have bar service and can assist with your decorating needs.
Follow our food truck we are every Friday night from three till about eight and every weekend on Saturdays and Sundays from noon till about seven.
Stop by to see what’s cooking on the grill on Saturdays and then we have our typical food truck menu all three days plus cocktails ! You can also pre-order online anything we offer on our website, including the existing food truck menu. If you were looking for a full meal, we do that too! You would just pick it up at the food truck at the designated times that we arrive.

Events are really happening@copperatdorset!
We will no longer be posting to this CBD account much everything is being rebranded into Copper At Dorset .
We still do many weddings and events offsite as we always have , we still have our food truck but now we have a new commercial kitchen and a nice event space with takeout lunches, dinners pop-up dinners and of course events with Bar service. in an effort to consolidate, please follow us and for Foodtruck details, please follow us we hope to hear from you or see you soon for all of your catering needs!
