Last minute drop off.
I had a call from the customer because a local company had not shown up yet.

Turns out the other company had rented them a 12 and under sized combo for a graduation party. They did show up albeit late.

After we set up the Grandmother said: “they lied “

The Mom said that she had emailed the other company about her daughter’s graduation party several times and they told her a 12 and under combo would be appropriate for her party.

I told her I lose business a lot because I don’t lie about the appropriateness of my products.

However, I made a new customer today because they also have younger children.

Moral of the story: honesty is more important than a sale.
