Running a business is hard. Dozens of calls every day, hundreds of texts…plus line orders, and emails. Every customer has a different way of communicating.

Sometimes days pass between texts emails and phone calls. The best way to get a reservation while we are in busy season is by sending a request online or calling to place an order with me directly.

Unfortunately I am not a robot and I am navigating multiple events per day at this time of year and numerous employees and contractors. If I make a mistake it’s because I am human.

That does not give anyone the right to berate me when they did not take the time to answer my texts for three days, never paid their down payment, didn’t receive their invoice, gave me the incorrect phone number or what ever reason… that is not entirely my fault…someone is mad at me.

Today someone yelled at me and hung up because they didn’t like the price of our face painting and I refused to lower it to the price they wanted to pay for an event this Saturday…..yes that’s in three days.

So for everyone that owns a business and knows it’s rough out there, I get you. For everyone that is a happy customer, thank you. For those of you that don’t like my business? I hope you have a better day!
