Is there anyone out there that can help me get my car to the auto shop in Hollister? It broke down at my house out here in San Juan Bautista and I just don’t have the money to get it to the shop in Hollister. If I can get it there, it’s an issue that they supposedly fixed and I’m thinking they just have to re-fix it because obviously they didn’t fix it. If there’s anyone out there, they can help me please directly message me.

Dear McDonald’s, I really wish you guys would go back to having actual customer service and giving a crap about your customers. Today I was in one of your locations and helped one of your customers order food from your stupid self order kiosk because none of your workers at the said location would help the poor gentleman figure it out. This particular location still have a way to help you at the front counter, but he was being ignored for over 15 minutes so I stepped up and help him.. I would assume if you keep treating your customers like s**t you’re gonna lose all of them you guys should rethink your strategy.
