Looking for a part-time assistant in the Sonora / Columbia College area to join our wedding venue team. This is a flexible, creative role where you’ll help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ What you’ll do:
• Manage emails & keep the inbox organized
• Assist with social media posts & marketing content
• Update & edit our Wix website
• Organize digital files & programs
• Support with SEO (helping us show up on Google)
• Lend a hand with event planning & vendor communication

✅ Details:
• Part-time with flexible hours
• Mix of remote + in-person tasks
• Pay based on experience
• Opportunity to grow with a creative, fast-paced local business

Dating back to the 1960s, the barn evokes an intimate, pastoral feeling, accentuated by the natural beauty of the surrounding Japanese Maples, lavender, willow trees, and more. Accommodating up to 150 guests with ample parking, weddings and events can be held on the upper terrace, spacious patio, or rustic barn.
