Back in August, Simply Elegant Entertaining had the pleasure of taking part in a lovely couple's special day! I cannot say enough good things about Simply Elegant Entertaining. They were recommended to me for our wedding by our caterer and I expected a company that provided our linens, plates, etc. What I GOT was completely unexpected. Jennifer and Michele put sooooo much incredible effort into everything they did plus they thought of every little detail that I would've missed. They met with me numerous times throughout the planning process and I wasn't exactly right next door travel-wise. The first time we met with them, my husband and I both commented to each other on how efficient they were and how confident we felt with them at the helm. Fast-forward to our wedding day. We had our reception in a barn that had minimal electrical outlets, no prep kitchen and everything had to be brought in and out by us (cleared out at the end of the event). They transformed that barn into a dream wedding worthy of any magazine! I cried when I saw it. It was my dream made reality (I'm crying as I type this LOL)! They kept the entire day moving smoothly and I was constantly stopped and complimented all night by my guests at how friendly and accommodating they were. (How often have you done THAT at a wedding, right??) I was amazed at how good they were at moving things forward without being intrusive or overbearing. They knew exactly when to step in. At the end of the night they cleaned up, cleared out, all in record time. They really and truly are New Jersey's best kept secret and I'm sorry it took me so long to write this review and tell you all about it!!!! They are so talented plus they are down-to-earth wonderful people. They truly take all the worry out of throwing an event. I'm so thankful they were such a big part of our special day.
