💖 Meet Me + My Journey 💖
I’ve gotten a few new followers lately, so I wanted to take a second to reintroduce myself and share a little bit about what I do! 🫶
As many of you know, I used to own a storefront affiliated with In the Mix! My mom still owns the one in Somerset, KY 💕 I lived in Richmond, KY at the time and ran my own store there.
Once I became a mom, things got harder to manage with call-ins, long days, and a baby in my arms I eventually made the decision to sell my store. It just wasn’t realistic for me to run it while caring for my little one full time. I also didn’t know many people in Richmond and wasn’t comfortable putting my baby in daycare or with a sitter yet (no shade at all to anyone who does it just didn’t feel right for us, especially while he can’t tell me what’s going on yet 🥹).
Fast forward a couple of months later I realized how much I missed it. I missed my customers, my drinks, and the creativity that came with running a business. I started getting messages asking if I still made my loaded tea kits, and that’s when Sip & Slay was born! 💌
Now, I sell the same teas you loved from the store same taste, same quality just shipped straight to your door! 🚚✨
Some of you may also know that I started another passion project called Cafecito Corner KY here in Somerset where you can grab iced coffees, chai lattes, and sweet treats ☕️🍰
I know I’ve got a few different things going on 😅 but it’s been such a blessing. I get to be home with my son while still doing what I love, and that means the world to me ❤️
I’m so beyond grateful for everyone who’s supported me, whether you’ve shared a post, tagged me, placed an order, or simply hit “like” you’re helping my little family more than you know 🥹🫶
Now that I’m back home in Somerset, surrounded by my family and friends, I’m excited to keep growing both businesses. One day, I hope to have a food truck or storefront, but I’m trusting that everything will work out how it’s meant to 🙏💫
