Senior sessions just hit a different when fall light is showing off.

Ms. B arrived a little timid in front of the camera and admitted it right away. And that’s completely okay. Because that’s exactly what I’m here to do.

You don’t have to know how to pose, where to put your hands, or what to do with the camera pointed your way. You simply get to show up as yourself while I guide you through the rest. With an understanding of posing, light, and all the little details that make a portrait feel natural, those first-session jitters have a way of naturally melting away.

Then the extraordinary fall light takes over, the confidence starts to shine through, and a little magic happens.

There’s something special about families who come back year after year, and I truly feel so lucky that I get to photograph this beautiful family every fall.

Watching their family grow and capturing these little moments each year has become one of those traditions I look forward to more than they probably know.

Fall wouldn’t feel quite the same without this crew in front of my camera! Thank you for trusting me with your memories year after year. Always looking forward to a session with them!

She did it!

Behind this degree were late nights, early mornings, long days, sacrifices, and probably more moments of wondering how she was going to juggle it all. But she kept going and did it all while being a mom.

So of course, the best way to celebrate this accomplishment was with the little people who have been part of the journey all along.

These photos aren’t just about earning a nursing degree. It was about showing her kids what determination, hard work, and chasing a dream looks like.

Mom did it and I think these kids have every reason to be incredibly proud of her.

Congratulations, GIRL! Your next chapter is going to be pretty amazing.

What makes capturing senior pictures is really about capturing a few of their own favorite things, passions, places, and little pieces of life that make them who they are!

For my girl’s senior session, we brought along her favorite Noah Kahan album after she had just experienced her first Noah Kahan concert, as well as capturing her love for getting lost in a book.

And, of course, we did it all in one of her favorite places the mountains we love.

I LOVE bringing personality into senior sessions. Your senior pictures don’t have to look like everyone else’s.

There are NO LIMITS.

Bring the instrument you love.
Bring your sports gear.
Bring your favorite album.

From wedding photos to celebrating ONE year with their sweet baby girl!

I absolutely love getting to watch my clients’ stories continue long after the wedding day.
These two trusted me to capture their love story, and now I get to capture this beautiful new chapter with their little girl.

And of course… we had to bring back the truck that made an appearance in their wedding photos and now part of their family photos.
