Mark your calendars for August 1st! We'll be opening the Food Stand from 11 till sold out, and this time we're featuring our Pastrami!

Though we've not offered it before, we've been making and perfecting our Pastrami since we started nine years ago! We took inspiration from Katz Deli in New York City to bring you this exceptional Brisket! We'll have sandwiches with options and by-the-pound selections.

Don't know Katz? If you've ever watched the movie 'When Harry Met Sally' with Meg Ryan and Billy Crystal, you've visited Katz. It's where the scene in which Meg demonstrates how a woman can 'Fake it,' and the infamous line "I'll have what she's having" was filmed!

Thank you very much for an outstanding job in doing our son and now daughter in law's rehearsal dinner. The food was excellent, hot and the taste was far above anything else we have had. A number of guests commented on the great taste. The fact that you care about what you do is evident. You arrived on time and delivered all that was promised and more. Thank you for a job well done!

And speaking of all our catering lately... Our newest review just came via email from one of this weekend's three events:

We just wanted to let you know that was the best BBQ we have had in a while. Everyone enjoyed everything we ordered. There were no complaints! As a matter of fact, everyone complimented how good everything was. The meats were very tender, moist, and seasoned to perfection. Mac and cheese was very good, and baked beans and coleslaw were perfect. Everything was hot and cold and delivered on time. We will certainly order your catering for future events. Thank you for making the celebration of life for our mother a special day. May god bless you with continued success. ---
