The Illume is the world’s most recognized adventure and action sports photography award. This year’s selection of semi-finalists is the most insane collection of photographs I’ve ever seen!

To say I’m stoked to have 3 photographs selected for semi-finals is an understatement! 😊

Stoked to share that my newest short film featuring Leah Potts was nominated for Best Score/Sound Design in The Art of Documentary (AOD) One Day Doc competition!

Almost 100 films were submitted to this year’s competition and I’m so excited to be one of the nominees! This category is one I’m most proud of because let me tell you what - sound design is the hardest part of making a film!

Shot entirely within 24 hours, with an incredible story from Leah Potts, I can’t wait for this short film to hit the big screens! I will be sharing more about it soon!

17 years ago I left Serbia and moved to Chicago. It was just another adventure I thought. And now, almost half of my life later, it’s crazy to think it’s been so long. Life has changed in many ways since, and for my annual quote to share on my immigrated-to-America-day, I’m gonna go with one I just chatted to someone about last night: “You miss 100% of the changes you don’t take”
