What an incredible experience getting to be part of with my film The Architects of Winter!

The weekend was filled with inspiring conversations, new connections, and learning more about the ins and outs of the documentary film industry — but most importantly, about conservation and storytelling that can create impact. As I continue on this filmmaking journey and advocacy for our momma Earth, I couldn’t have asked for a more inspiring group of speakers, filmmakers, and hosts to learn from this weekend.

My film screened twice as part of the Water and Ice program alongside such an amazing lineup of films.

Thank you for having me, thank you for challenging me to make a film in one day, and thank you to my amazing friends who came out to Telluride to support!

And of course, thank you and the Snowmass snowmakers for letting and me follow you around for a night.

Excited to see where this journey goes next!

I am so excited to share that I will be teaching a Landscape Photography Workshop at this summer!

Join me on June 10th for this 2-hour photography workshop where we’ll explore how light, composition, and simple editing techniques can transform your photos. This all-level class is open to everyone — any camera is welcome, including smartphones.

We’ll spend time shooting outdoors, learning how to work with natural light and create stronger, more intentional images. Be ready for spring weather and a fun creative evening in Aspen.

$28 per person, limited spots!

The headwaters of Snowmass Creek lie just west of the Maroon Bells, in a high alpine cirque fed by snowmelt. In addition to supporting wildlife and irrigating pastures, Snowmass Creek serves as a water source for the village in instances when summers are extremely dry and demand is particularly high.

You can find this info and more photos of Snowmass Creek in my book Four seasons in Snowmass.

This photograph is available for purchase as fine art print through my website, or contact me directly!

You can also see this photo in print at the Snowmass Shuttle bus stop at the Snowmass Mall!
