We’re looking for the right person to help lead and grow the floral side of our shop.
This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something we’re building with intention. We want someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creativity, and genuinely cares about people and presentation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Designing and arranging fresh floral pieces
Helping customers in-store and over the phone
Managing and fulfilling daily orders
Assisting with local deliveries
Keeping the shop clean, organized, and inviting

What We’re Looking For:

Positive, reliable, and self-motivated
Creative, with an eye for design
Floral experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
Great with people and communication
Takes initiative and works well independently
Detail-oriented with strong presentation skills
Valid driver’s license (for deliveries)

Hey Snowflake family ❤️ I need your help…

Valerie’s birthday is this Sunday… but the Bistro will be closed, and I won’t be there to celebrate with her like I should be since I am out of town working.

So I’m asking this amazing community to step in for me 🙌

We finally got a proper photo of our Turkey Avocado Panini… and WOW 🤤

A fresh new look out front 🌿

We just wrapped up this custom entry pergola for the Bistro & Flower Shop, and it completely changed the feel of the entrance.

Simple, clean, and warm — exactly what we were going for. It adds a little character, a little shade, and makes walking in feel just a bit more special.

We’ve been putting a lot of love into this place lately, and it’s starting to show.
