Another harvest season has come to a close, and we couldn’t let it end without a HUGE thank you to the amazing people who made it all happen. From the Country Store to the apple orchard, from flipping donuts and roasting corn to caring for the animals and running attractions! You guys are the heart and soul of this farm🫶

🎃 And that’s a wrap on our 2025 Harvest Season! 🎃

As of 1 PM today, Swans Trail Farms is officially closed for the season!

Our farmers and team are heading into a well-earned rest before we start preparing the fields, orchards, and barns for what’s to come next season.

From all of us here at Swans Trail Farms — thank you for joining us this fall, making memories, and celebrating another incredible harvest season together. 🧡

We can’t wait to welcome you back in June for Baby Animals & Berries and U-Pick Strawberries!🐥🍓
