That’s right, on December 13th, the ballroom lights blaze to life as we whisk you straight into a sparkling 1940s winter spectacular — think twinkling lights, warm vintage glow, and a whole lotta holiday razzle-dazzle. And you, my friend, are invited to dress to impress and dance like the night is golden!

Close your eyes and imagine this…
The band strikes a chord — smooth, saucy, all-female jazz quartet with a powerhouse vocalist. The room shimmers. Glasses clink. Laughter lifts. And the scent of toasted marshmallows drifts through the air…

But hold onto your hats — because this year we’re serving up a FULL Sweet and Savory S’Mores Charcuterie Board, complete with fire pits for roasting!
Think melty chocolate… salty crunch… gooey marshmallow… rosemary crackers… spiced chocolates… the works. A whole holiday feast in bite-sized bliss.

We are so excited to share this space with you all once again. Our journey into sound is always evolving, but here's the general rhythm of the night so you know what to expect from us:

We open the doors at 7:00 PM at 213 Avenue D. That half-hour before we officially kick off at 7:30 PM is super important! It's our gentle transition time. We'll be serving up a house-made Herbal Tea Blend —we blend it just for this event—to help everyone slow down, center their energy, and really open their hearts to fully arrive in the space.

Once we start at 7:30 PM, we'll dive right into our centering practice. This typically involves a brief intention-setting moment and then about 15 minutes of guided practice. We shift this practice up each time to keep the experience fresh and deeply grounding.

Then, the main event! We transition into the Sound Healing Session. This is where you get comfortable lying down and just let the vibrations wash over you. It's truly a deep dive into relaxation and intentional connection that we are honored to facilitate.
After the sounds fade, we keep the quiet for a few moments for a silent integration.

Then, we facilitate a quick 5-minute break. If you need to head out, that's your gentle window to do so quietly. For everyone who wants to linger a bit longer, we absolutely invite you to stay for our favorite part: the Reflection Circle. Grab a hot drink from our café—it stays open until 9:30 PM for us—and let's just chat. It's a beautiful time to share any reflections from the sound healing, talk about community happenings, or really, anything that's on your mind.

And remember, we deeply appreciate any donation you feel called to share. It genuinely helps us keep these healing journeys accessible and free for everyone!
