Operating a venue like ours creates a lot of variety.
Weddings START at $1200
But most people spend anywhere from $3000-$6500 with us
We host baby showers, birthdays, weddings, business events, and a lot of different events.
Why are we not JUST a wedding venue?
Because when we opened this venue in the historic Smyrna area we wanted the largest opportunity for the community to have access to creating memorable experiences at a mid tier lux level.
We know most people in Smyrna don’t want to spend $50,000+ on their weddings.
We also know that people want something that feels good and looks good.
So while our establishment can offer a high quality design with extremely beautifully decorated rooms
We don’t want to be completely out of reach to the community while our building is on the historic strip.
That’s why we don’t JUST take weddings, we take it all.
With that being said not knowing your wedding headcount limits us as a venue.
We have 3 different spaces
The Traditional Room
The Courtyard
The Speakeasy
1. Your floor plan for chairs during your ceremony heavily depends on which room you want to say I do in.
Example - the speakeasy can’t host more than 40 chairs facing the altar as a wedding ceremony - but the entire interior of the venue can host 99
So how many buildings you want heavily dictates our prices
2. Do you want linens, glassware, dishes, goblets, silverware?
We offer this, but it’s not included in the base rate to rent the space - also what kind of linen do you want? Standard or a velvet or glitter? All of those things adjust the price
3. Do you want us to do your flowers? Yes we do real flowers - but this is an added fee
4. Do you plan on having a bar? If yes we have to add on our bartending fee
5. Do you want the coordinator package?
This isn’t the venue coordinator package - this is someone that helps you with all of your personal needs the day of
We aren’t trying to bother you or do a crazy sales pitch, it’s just that proper expectations for how your wedding day is a VERY important part of your planning process
Us saying the base price and then finding out you have more than 50 is a bummer
