Today’s branding session reminded me how special it is to lead a group of people who aren’t afraid to bring their ideas, their humor, and their perspective to the process. The vision may start with a founder, but it’s the team that gives it dimension.

And just as important are the vendor friends we collaborate with along the way—especially talented photographers who help translate the vision into something you can actually see and feel.
