An Exceptional Experience from Start to Finish!
We (The Bluebonnet Room) and Hope Floats Cafe & Ice Cream recently worked together for a customer holding their rehearsal dinner at The Bluebonnet Room. After this experience, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the challenges of working with the “paying” family members being in another state to the person who was supposed to unlock the back door for the food delivery not being on time, the Hope Floats Café staff was remarkable and worked with us seamlessly helping to keep everything on track with calm professionalism instead of letting it derail.

And the food? Absolutely delicious! Every bite was flavorful and fresh, clearly prepared with care. From the quality of the food to the quality of the service such as supplying serving utensils without us even needing to ask. It made a huge difference and added a level of polish that didn’t go unnoticed, the family and the guests are still talking about it.

Hope Floats Cafe made this event not just easier, but truly special. Can’t wait for the next opportunity to work with them!

One year ago, we opened the doors to our little dream — and what an incredible year it’s been! From sweet baby showers to unforgettable parties, community gatherings to creative workshops, we've had the joy of hosting moments that matter.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us, booked with us, recommended us, and celebrated with us. We’re beyond grateful and excited for what’s to come!
