We have a big week ahead at Bubby's BBQ! Sunday, December 7th marks our 1 YEAR restaurant anniversary! We can't believe we are already here 😱 God really did his thing this last year!

We never imagined, one year ago, that this would grow so quickly and be as successful as it has been in the first year. The way you all have shown up for us, cheered us on, shared our food and story, and supported our family has been more than we ever dreamed!

To our families, friends, and OG Bubby's fans- THANK YOU for encouraging us to take the leap of faith, to jump all the way in, and to risk it all. We truly would not be here without each and every one of you!

Our families have shown up for us in any way we have needed over the last year- last minute and long hours- and none of this would've been possible without them! BIG shout-out to GiGi Beth Emery and MeMe Toshia N Eddie Copeland who not only bless us with the best tater salad and nanner pudding recipes, but have stepped in to support us with our boys at home ANY time we've asked. We know this wouldn't have happened without y'all 🙌🏻 thank you!

To the MVP, our BBQ godmother, stranger turned family- Christina Quaid Adams: we truly would not have survived the last year without you! You have celebrated with us through the huge victories and stood beside us through the really challenging stuff, and we are more grateful than you will EVER know!

WE DID IT Y'ALL! This is only the beginning!
