Message from The Owl.

Last evening a group of 15 women gathered at The Black Barn at Harvest Moon for yoga, a forest meditation walk and a fire cleansing ceremony.

The universe recognizes the spiritual energy of the divine feminine when a gathering of women happens. There is often a "shift" or an "awakening" that occurs. Sometimes subtle, other times louder and more insistent.

All 15 women sat in silence after a thoughtful walk through the forest at a place I have named The Forest Cathedral. We sat and asked ourselves what we needed to release. What thoughts or self limiting beliefs were each of us holding on to that needed to be let go of. Not a word was spoken, each of us grounded to nature and connected to one another.

Then an owl began its message. Coming in close to the gathering, powerfully sending its message through its majestic flight and voice. A sacred and spiritual message, lifting each one of us. It left us all with a sense of wonder and awareness.

This was the night of transition. One of hope and more importantly one of release. The full moon last night represented that - the release of old patterns, attachments and situations that no longer belong in your life. A way to clear what has been holding you back to make room for a new chapter to unfold. To trust the process even when it feels uncomfortable. To make room for growth, alignment and a future of who you are truly meant to become.

I am grateful for the experience, for the women who chose to be here and for the power of nature, love, connection and the feminine divinity.
