It looks like the nesting pair of bald eagles at Eagles Landing have decided to rebuild their home in the big tree out front. A couple of weeks ago, the heavy snow caused the limb supporting the nest to crash to the ground, and we felt like we had lost our nesting pair! In the last week, the two eagles have rebuilt the nest in the middle of the tree, where it will be better supported and protected from the elements. Maybe, with some luck, we will see another cycle of our nesting pair with a new group of young eagles! 🦅

When we moved to Cache county with our growing family we noticed a lack of meeting places near our home that can fit our whole family! We wanted a place where our family and friends could gather together and thought a large red barn would be perfect for our dream and began to build it. When the barn was finished all we needed to complete our dream was a name.

On our property there is a 150 year old tree that overlooks the barn and the surrounding hills. A pair of bald eagles have chosen this age-old tree for their nesting grounds and have had hatchling’s throughout the years. Just as we have lived here with our family the eagles have also called this place home with theirs. With our shared homes a name for our barn was decided… Eagles Landing.

We have created many cherished memories here throughout the years. Now we have decided to open the barn doors and take pride in helping you create your own special event into a memory that you can cherish for a lifetime.
