Today, we stand in the shadow of a heartbreaking loss, gathered to honor and say our final farewell to 𝐒𝐠𝐭. 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬💙🖤💙. There are no words strong enough to fill the space he leaves behind, no tribute grand enough to measure the impact he made. His service, his sacrifice, and his unwavering dedication to this community will never be forgotten.

As his family grieves, as his brothers and sisters in uniform carry on, and as this community mourns, we ask for prayers. Prayers for strength. Prayers for comfort. Prayers for peace in the midst of sorrow.

Sgt. Candies, your watch has ended, but your legacy will live on. Rest easy, brother. We will take it from here.
