It's SUMMER... and that means TECHNIQUE TIME!! Who's coming down to dance with us this year?! For those who danced with us last year, what was your favorite part!?

We're Movin' Main Street! As a locally owned small business, Flo Dance Company aims to create a space where dancers of all ages and abilities can feel welcome. With our technique-based approach, we also ensure quality instruction for every student.

Monday PM, Tuesday & Thursday AM, every other Friday AM

Zumba with Samantha
Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM

And of course... don't forget our LINE DANCE PARTY every other Thursday evening!

Remember to pre-register, as classes require at least 3 registrants to run, and sell out with 13!!

Also... for tiny dancers looking to improve this summer, our technique workshops will be starting in JULY! Be sure to register ASAP to reserve your spot!

Let’s DANCE yall! 🤠

Line Dancing Class is tomorrow at Flō Dance Company starting at 5:30 PM!

This class will be more medium to hard difficulty, since we’ll be learning some more complex line dances. We’ll still go over the steps before adding music, and beginners are always welcome. We’ll also do some easier dances too, so don’t get discouraged if the harder ones feel challenging.

Going forward, I’ll be alternating classes every other session between easy/intermediate and intermediate/difficult, so there will be something for everyone.

HOLY GUACAMOLE do I love my job. Last night I was invited to host a workshop at Martin Luther College through their theater department, MLC Forum! I wasn't sure how it would be received... but we had OVER 70 PEOPLE ATTEND! 🤯 And we had a BLAST. Who thinks we can start up a swing dance club here in southern Minnesota?!

Thank you for inviting me MLC, and I hope to be back very soon! Thank you to Brett-Vanessa Gilbertson for an amazing swing dance demonstration, and of course to my husband Dave Forster for helping me teach!
