We NEED a home for Jada. She’s struggling in the shelter! We’re reposting this to get more eyes on it! please share!! Seven years old. A long term resident. A dog who has spent far too many days in a shelter.

We are begging someone, anyone, to give this girl a chance.

Jada recently had entropion surgery, so her eyes may look a little funky right now, but she’s healing beautifully and feeling so much better. Despite everything she’s been through, she still carries around her favorite teddy bear everywhere she goes. It’s her comfort. Her little piece of happiness in a shelter that has become her entire world.

But Jada needs OUT. She is FEE WAIVED due to her length of stay and difficulty placing her. She would do best as the only dog in the home. Young children are a no. We truly think, with the right introduction, she may be okay with cats and we are MORE than willing to try. Please don’t let this be her forever.

She deserves a couch. A yard. A quiet place to finally rest. Someone to love her enough to see past the kennel walls and realize she is still waiting… still hoping… still carrying that little teddy bear around like maybe one day she’ll carry it into a home of her own.

Please share Jada. We desperately want to see this girl make it out. If interested just come by and meet her.

Homemade food is great, but sometimes I'm too tired to cook. At times, too tired to go out either Fortunately I have my own personal door dasher (aka hubby..."You buy. I fly!")
On those sleepy days, I often call Ken's Restaurant. Broiled scallops, sweet potato fries, cole slaw... It's what's for dinner!
