Our hearts are so full after an incredible Juneteenth celebration in Skokie! It was beautiful to see the community come together to honor, reflect, and celebrate freedom, culture, and unity.

A massive thank you to everyone who organized, supported, and showed up to make the day so special. And to everyone who stopped by Koala’s Kitchen to grab a bite—thank you for letting us feed you and for supporting our passion. Your energy, smiles, and love mean the world to us!
