Happy November y’all!

The Thanksgiving menus are finally ready! If you are tired of the same old thing every Thanksgiving, give our menu a try! We like to spice things up a little and add a New Mexico flare. I promise its not spicy, just savory with a touch of Jack Daniels here and there 😊My family loves it and I know yours will too!

Pick up will be at Emily’s Diner (my house) Wednesday and Thursday the week of Thanksgiving.

Now that school 🏫 is starting, we are in the process of transitioning to our fall menu 🍁🍂We had some fresh mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 so we made a batch of Santa Margherita Mushroom Soup. It is in the freezer and ready to go! 32 oz container $25. Pair it with a crusty loaf of bread 🥖 and you have a great dinner!

If you need help with your party or need to take a dish to an event, text or call and lets get something special made for you. I am always happy to do custom orders.

Mother’s Day is right around the corner and it’s time to get those orders in for your celebrations!

Taylor’s hens are laying! If you would like a dozen farm fresh, free range, unwashed, multi color eggs, they are $5.00 per dozen.

What is in the freezer this week?
Yesterday, I made Coq au vin - chicken with cremini mushrooms, carrots and onions slow cooked in Decoy red wine and chicken stock. I have four individual servings of the coq au vin with Boursin herb cheese mashed potatoes. Each container is $15.00 each.

I also made Belgium chocolate cake topped with Belgium chocolate ganache, pecans and gold fairy dust. There are two large slices in each container $5.00 each.
