The CNY Land Trust is excited to offer an exclusive ecotherapy session with licensed mental health counselor and ecotherapist, Cory Brosch, MS, LMHC from Oswego State University. Cory will take us on a guided walk through nature and the mind while she provides us with techniques to cope with many of the issues that hinder our happiness and hold us back from our greatest potential.

Why is our mac so famous? We use hand grated NY State extra sharp white cheddar so there are no potato starch fillers, real whole milk, and cream with high quality elbows and spices that are slow cooked for a creamy, dreamy, cheese-filled heavenly experience.

Come join us at the It's a Wonderful Life Festival in Seneca Falls We are celebrating the 75th anniversary of the movie all weekend long with parades, movie screenings, meet and greets with cast members, train rides, a 5k walk/run, bonfire, fireworks, and some truly wonderful food!
