Aloha Friday from Maui 🌺✨

Spring is alive in everything here… and I’ve been in a soft little cocoon—resting, releasing, remembering. Mornings at , afternoons letting the ocean and the air work their quiet magic.

Yesterday I watched a baby goat be born… just like that!
A reminder that life doesn’t wait—it simply moves through us.

Somewhere between unraveling and becoming, I’m learning to trust it all a little more (and laugh at myself along the way).

Letting the mystery lead.
Letting life create.

Hey all 🤍

February stretched me to my very edge.

It’s taken me a minute to gather this little collection of memories from our first-of-the-month retreat… but what a sun-soaked, magical day it was. Surrounded by some of the kindest, most radiant women, I shared a poem from a dream and felt something shift.

I felt my authentic self.
I felt hope.
I felt purpose.

And beyond anything, I felt the presence of something so much bigger than me — something I sometimes forget is always there, holding me.

When we show up for ourselves…
When we pause long enough to breathe…
When we slow down and feel each inhale and exhale…

We reset.
We protect our energy.
And from there — we expand.

When we trust our intuition, we find truth.
When we honor the simple pleasure of just being, we remember who we are.

This passion fruit mousse was first made by a woman named Mimi — someone I never met, yet somehow feel connected to. The recipe was shared, then carried, then made again in Hawaii by my beloved & now… it’s here in Door County.

Recipes travel the way love and kindness do — quietly, generously, infectiously.

Just had one of those mornings that reminds me why I do this.
A private practice with intentionally gifted, in what felt like a treehouse overlooking a frozen lake. Quiet. Honest. Sacred.

Our practice included a long, spacious savasana — such an essential part of yoga. This is where the body truly integrates the work, the nervous system settles, and the practice lands not just in the muscles, but in the whole being.

The greatest gift she gave back?
Truthful feedback, presence, and reflection. That kind of exchange always feels like medicine.

Stepping into the Year of the Fire Horse, with a full moon this weekend, feels like pure ignition — clarity, courage, forward motion, heart-led action.
