❗️TOMORROW is our rescheduled 22q at the zoo event❗️

We are so excited to see everyone! The weather is looking perfect for some outdoor fun.

A reminder that lunch will be available, and we will meet outside the zoo entrance at the park. Please reply “going” on the event on our page if you plan to be there.

EVENT UPDATE!! We will be postponing this year’s event due to the severe weather risk this weekend. We will now plan to meet on SATURDAY, MAY 23rd at 11 am! Expect the same great activities and conversations!!

Are you ready to celebrate 22q Worldwide Awareness Day?

We will plan to meet at the playground outside of the zoo entrance! Sandwiches will be provided for lunch, and we will have time to meet and chat before going into the zoo.

The 22q International foundation has announced Sunday May 17 is the 2026 22q at the Zoo date! We don't have anyone formally planning the event for Sioux Falls, so please respond if you are interested in coordinating, and we can connect! The event can be as detailed or simple as you wish, from even just meeting to enter the zoo together with other families, to having a gathering with snacks/events before entering the zoo as well.

What a fun day at the zoo! Thanks to everyone who came to hang out. We hope everyone got to enjoy the sunshine and meet some new friends ☀️
