On May 7th, Riverline Rents and Events were honored to be a part of the Avera St Mary’s Nursing Gala in Pierre, a celebration that shines a spotlight on the exceptional nurses, medical assistants, and patient care techs in the Pierre Region, recognizing their dedication and impact on the lives of others. NEW arch!

We love this new design and we've had several people ask for an arch in this style so we delivered! Set up is super simple with no bolts, screws or tools! It will fit in most vans or SUVs - personally tried and tested! 😂

We plan to make a few simple changes like shortening it a bit (is 9ft a bit too tall??) and offering an option to change out the bottom of the arch if your event is not on grass. However the overall style will remain the same.

This will go up on our website soon, pricing will remain the same as the other arches at this time at $60 for the rental period. 😊

~New year, New beginnings~

We haven't posted in awhile and that's because we have been working on a BIG change to our business. We have an exciting opportunity to offer our services in a new location and have decided to move forward with relocating our primary business to......Pierre, SD!

We have loved our time in Sioux Falls and all the celebrations we have gotten to be a part of. We have served over 200 events in the Sioux Falls area which is more than we could've ever imagined! Family life has made accommodating events more difficult the last few years so we are hoping relocating to Pierre will offer a better balance of offering our rentals and still spending time with family.

That said, we will still be renting to the Sioux Falls area so don't hesitate to reach out! We will usually require a delivery fee for driving items to Sioux Falls and can work with you in the timing of your event.

It's graduation season!! 🎓

We set up our shimmer wall last weekend for a graduation party, it is always so cool to see how this moves in the wind! 😍

If you need any last minute graduation decor or you have an upcoming event, please contact us about availability! We do have several late June, July and August openings yet!

From now until the end of June, we will also be offering 10% off all new rental contracts for events in 2025 Just mention this post to get the discount!

NEW item alert!

We recently added these black 3-tiered basket stands to our inventory and we are loving them! These would make a great container for favors, popcorn, snacks, candy, popcorn balls or bags, or more! You can also hang the baskets or have them upright.

The stands measure 14.75"Lx13"Wx46"H, the baskets themselves are 13"Dx7.25"H so you can get a lot of space in one area!

These rent for $9 each and we have four available. Message us about renting - they will be up on the website soon!

Happy New Year's! Thank you to all the support and patience we have gotten over the past year. From new babies, maternity leave, family gatherings, and our full-time jobs as nurses we have remained busy between our business and family life. A large majority of our renters are referrals so we appreciate you spreading the word!

We have our website all updated at this time, we have added a few more items including some new signs and decor so go check it out!

We do have good availability yet for spring and early summer events - let your friends and family know about us if they are looking for any items yet for their events! Our fall events are filling up, especially August, so please reach out to inquire on availability of any items you are interested in!

It's been awhile since our last update!

We have kept busy this fall (outside of our regular business events) with our side hobby and had the chance to use our backdrop and some props to make a cute fall photobooth!

We are down to our last couple of events for the year - we will be taking a short break for maternity leave November through January. We will still be available to help plan any 2025 events so just send us a message or email us to inquire.

We will be updating our inventory online for just a few things so you may see a few changes to what we offer, however our pricing will remain the SAME for next year. We are glad we are able to continue to be an affordable option in the Sioux Falls area!

Please continue to tell your friends and family about our small business - as many of you know we do not advertise and primarily work through word-of-mouth which is where many of our inquiries come from. We are always so happy to see returning customers or referrals from past renters! We continue to rent to primarily weddings, but also do baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays, anniveraries and more. It's amazing to see where our business has lead us over the past 4 years!

We have a new LED Neon Sign in our inventory!

This "Let's Celebrate" sign is great for any occasion like weddings, birthdays, anniveraries, showers and more. It is also one of our largest signs at 11" high and 3ft long! It has a soft warm white tone and is dimmable as well. This will be up on our website soon and rents for $35 for the entire rental period!

What a wonderful day for a wedding!

We had the opportunity to decorate at The Canton Barn yesterday for a wonderful couple. We had lots of help from the couple's family and friends which made the morning decorating fly by!
