Hey, I’m Caitlyn! I’m a type-A planner with a love for pretty details, organized chaos, and a good color-coded spreadsheet. I’ve been in the industry for 2.5 years, and nothing beats watching a couple’s vision come to life after months of planning!

When I’m not chatting with brides or scrolling Pinterest, you can find me spending time with my husband, Ethan, watching Dancing with the Stars, or obsessing over my dog, Rufus (who proudly rocks the cutest underbite you’ve ever seen). November 1st is my favorite day of the year because it means the Halloween decorations come down and the Christmas tree goes up!

✨ What is your favorite wedding style or color palette? ✨
I’ll forever love a classic black-and-white wedding, but I’m also obsessed with couples who go bold with bright colors and statement florals. Nothing beats a bright spring color palette!

✨ What has been your favorite 2025 wedding trend? ✨
Checkered dance floors! I feel like they’re the perfect way to add a bit of texture to the reception space, and they photograph so nicely!

✨ What is your favorite reception or décor element to design? ✨
Hands down—centerpieces! Especially when my client has a unique idea that challenges my creativity and design capabilities.
