Ever wanted to crash a wedding? 🎉 Here's your chance!

July 10th we're hosting a MOCK WEDDING and we need YOU! Why, you ask? Because we're coming to the Wedding Fair Events and while we have a few weddings booked in the future, we haven't had the honor of hosting one yet. And let's be real—it's hard to imagine a wedding at a space without actual wedding pictures! 📸

Here's the lineup of amazing people making this happen:
✨ ER Wedding Planning & Events—bringing us a beautiful couple ready to celebrate their anniversary as our models- they have been so helpful and sweet!
✨ Adam Delgadillo Photography—our family's photographer for years, and we absolutely love his work and him as a person
✨ PARTYPERFECT EVENT DÉCOR—providing the gorgeous decorations to make this magical!

But here's what we're REALLY missing... GUESTS! What's a wedding without people to celebrate with?

We took 2 of our livestock guardian puppies to the vet today for their next rounds of vaccines. Originally we were only going to keep Grace the brown girl, but accidents on a ranch can happen and the white got injured - so the future owners backed out of buying him and Jay decided that was our sign to keep the dog 🫣

Well we named him Miracle because he didn’t just pull through - he is honestly the biggest and healthiest pup we have. Both 15 weeks and a strong 33 & 35 lbs!! 😳These guys will be big!

We’re on the way home—home. I’ve always started getting homesick after a few days gone, but this time even more so. Missing all of the animals, the beautiful place itself, and simply being home. When our friends watching the place sent pictures of the sky, I was even more ready.

Even when we’re on vacation… somehow our trips still end up including an animal encounter.

This time it was two elephants - and I’m pretty sure my kids have officially found their new favorite animal. (No, we will not be bringing an elephant home… as much as they’d love that idea.)

We had the absolute best time with these sweet ladies—over 50 years old*and still acting silly, playful, and full of personality. What a memory.

Y’all have been asking us if our family events are coming back….and we heard you. We’re bringing back one small evening...

Y’all have been asking us if our family events are coming back….and we heard you.

We’re bringing back one small evening family event in July at Weg Ranch.
Details will be posted later this week (we’re putting the final touches on it!).

And we’re also planning a vendor event this fall.

One more idea we’re excited about: since our owner is German, we’ve been talking about hosting an Oktoberfest at the ranch. Would you come?

Thanks to our amazing friends church service will be hosted here at the ranch tomorrow even though we are on vacation. As always church is at 10AM — and it's ALWAYS come as you are!

🎤 Pastor Greg Blankenship will be speaking on Abraham and Isaac, diving into Hebrews 12:1 — a message that'll speak to your heart.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The kiddos get their own special service while the adults gather for worship.

Weg Ranch, Sinton TX is getting ready for the next wedding fair Wedding Fair Events and we’re looking to create a professionally photographed styled wedding setup to showcase what a wedding can look like on our property.

We’ve had weddings book with us, plus we’ve hosted graduation parties and birthdays—and now we’d love to capture fresh, polished images for marketing, our wedding fair booth, and social media.

🤍 Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking vendors who want to collaborate on a styled shoot, including:

🌸Wedding décor / styling companies (ceremony + reception design, tablescapes, arches, florals, rentals, etc.)
👗👔 Bridal boutiques (wedding dresses + gowns)
👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏼Models (bride + groom, or bridal party)

Bonus if you’re also: hair & makeup, cake/dessert, signage, linens, DJ, planner/coordinator—reach out!
