As we step into a brand new year, my heart is overflowing with gratitude. Thank you — truly — for every bit of love and support you’ve shown this journey.
What started as Ciao, Charcuterie!, a dream born from courage, creativity, and a leap of faith… had its hiccups, had its lessons, and had its pivots. That growth led me to reimagine, rebuild, and rebrand into what is now White Pine & Pearl — where wild beauty meets refined luxury.
This past year, I stepped outside the box.
I strayed from “just meat and cheese.”
I curated boards I never imagined I’d be trusted with —
numbers, wreaths, brunch boards, orchard boards, dessert tables, cigar-style boxes, grazing displays, and pieces meant to be as much art as they are food.
I’ve learned. I’ve stretched. I’ve reinvented.
And because of you — your orders, your shares, your celebrations, your faith in me — this dream is standing on its own two feet.
