✨ From vision board to reality… with a little business owner stress sprinkled in 😅🎀✨

This custom bow sleepover started with inspiration photos from my client. From there, I searched for décor, gathered ideas, and created a vision board to get feedback and make sure every detail matched the dream. 💖🛏️

But let’s talk about the not-so-glamorous side of custom themes… NEW ITEMS. 😂

I ordered a special piece for this setup almost a month ago and as setup day got closer… no delivery. Cue the stress, tracking updates, and me putting together a backup plan just in case. 😅

Thankfully, I got lucky… and the item arrived the NIGHT BEFORE! 🙌✨

The finished result made all the planning, waiting, and last-minute nerves worth it. This is the reality behind custom themes… lots of creativity, problem solving, and a whole lot of heart to bring your vision to life. 💕

One of my favorite parts of creating custom themes is bringing a client’s ideas to life from start to finish. 💖

It all starts with inspiration photos from the client. From there, I begin searching for décor, colors, and special details that fit their vision. Then I put together a custom vision board so we can collaborate, make changes, and make sure every detail feels just right before setup day. 🛏️✨

Seeing the final result come together after all the planning and creativity is truly the best part. Custom themes take time, thought, and a whole lot of love — and I’m always honored when families trust me to bring their ideas to life. 💫
