One thing I’ll always pride myself on is communication. 🙋🏽‍♀️

If you’ve ever worked with me, you know I ask A LOT of questions before event day especially if it’s a venue I’ve never worked in before.

Trust me… it’s not because I don’t trust you or I’m trying to make your life difficult. 😅 It’s because I’m trying to make sure your event goes smoothly.

✨ Is there an elevator?
✨ Are there stairs?
✨ How far is the loading area?
✨ What time can vendors actually get in?
✨ Are there venue restrictions?
✨ Is there enough space for the setup?

Every answer helps us prepare, avoid unnecessary surprises, and keep our stress levels from going through the roof on event day. 😂

Because let me tell you… there is NOTHING like arriving at a venue expecting one thing and finding out it’s a completely different situation.

“There’s plenty of parking!”
➡️ Parking is three blocks away.

“It’s an easy load in!”
➡️ Up two flights of stairs with no elevator. 😭

“It’s already set up for you!”
➡️ Plot twist… it’s not. 😂

Clients, we promise the questions come from a place of preparation—not pressure. We want your day to be beautiful and as stress-free as possible.

Now decorators and planners… be honest. 👀

👇 What’s the BIGGEST “Well… that’s not what they told me!” moment you’ve had at a venue? I need to know I’m not alone! 😂

Anyone said let’s have a picnic?!? 🧺✨

I’ve always wanted to set one up, and my buddy Courtney challenged me to make it happen. Challenge accepted! 💚

From the custom wooden table to the luxe tablescape, balloon installation, cozy seating, and all the little details in between, this setup came together better than I imagined.

I love creating large events, but there’s something special about intimate experiences that allow every detail to shine. 🌿

Would you host a luxury picnic for your birthday, brunch, girls’ day, or just because?
