I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially completed my training and am now a Certified Timeline Genius!
As a wedding planner and coordinator, I truly believe that the wedding day timeline is the backbone of the entire day. It is so much more than just a schedule. It keeps vendors on the same page, helps account for travel time and transitions, and makes sure everything flows as smoothly as possible from getting ready to the grand exit.
Creating a great timeline is one of my favorite parts of the behind-the-scenes planning process. It allows me to think through all the little details so my couples can focus on what really matters: being present and enjoying every moment of their wedding day.
Here’s to smooth timelines, happy vendors, stress-free wedding days, and making sure the day runs exactly as it should!

What a beautiful wedding! Congratulations to Zack and Kate! The bride envisioned a romantic pastel garden celebration inspired by elegant European outdoor dinners, overflowing florals, candlelit tablescapes, and soft spring hues. Every detail blended timeless luxury with playful, joyful energy. The dreamy palette brought a fresh spring-to-summer feel with painterly, floral-inspired softness, while the glowing twilight gazebo and twinkling lights created pure magic.

What a truly beautiful wedding day. The weather may have had its own plans, but nothing was going to stop this couple from getting married and celebrating their love. Rain or shine, their commitment to each other was the most important thing, and it made the entire day even more meaningful.
I had such an amazing time being there, witnessing every moment and seeing how much love surrounded them. From start to finish, it was a day filled with genuine emotion, joy, and unforgettable memories.
I’m incredibly grateful I had the opportunity to be part of their special day and to help bring their vision to life. It’s moments like these that make what I do so rewarding.
This all came together with some of the best vendors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I couldn’t have done it without them. This beautiful day happened because of their talent, dedication, and heart.
