Good morning all! Like I said earlier this week - we will only be open Saturday January the 10th this week from 11am to 6pm! And this will be the only Back Alley BBQ day in January! So don’t miss out. However due to all our wedding/ Event consultations fin February, we will be open Every Weekend in February assuming that the weather does not prevent us! And we going to cook up some Super Bowl goodies as well. I hope that 2026 finds everyone safe, happy, and healthy! And we look forward to seeing you all soon! Thank you for your continued support.

Well - we couldn’t go a full month without being open so…… we will be open Saturday the 10th from 11am to 6pm! Now that will be the only day in January due to our company Christmas party ( I know Christmas was last month) and vacations for everyone. We will be at the QC Bridal Expo on the 31st and Back Alley BBQ will resume on February 6th an 7th. So come see us this coming Saturday . Hey everyone- two things! First this is the last few days to get your Christmas food orders in, all ordering will be shut down Saturday night. Second - the Back Ally BBQ will be open Friday and Saturday from 11am to 5 this will be the last Back Alley BBQ till February, so make sure you get plenty! Ordering for Christmas can be done at stricklysoutherncatering.com . We will still be catering, but the back alley will be closed down due to the weather. Ok everyone - don’t forget your Christmas food pre orders! Last day for Turkey orders is Thursday December 18th. For everything else the last order date is Sunday December 21. Pick up will be on December 23 from 2 to 6. We have Prime Rib by the pound, Ribs, Pork Loin, Whole Turkeys, Turkey Breast, Mac and Cheese, Cheesy Potatoes, and baked beans. - oh Yeast rolls and Honey Cornbread Muffins.
