Zest Catering is owned and operated by Janet Kirk and Jill Kraemer, sister-in-laws who enjoy cooking and throwing parties. Their love for entertaining started with doing big dinners for the church and they decided to take it from there into the business world by starting Zest Catering in 2013. Zest is a family affair, Janet and Jill run the business with lots of help from children, nieces and nephews, friends, and of course their husbands Ken Kraemer and Dave Kirk manning the Traeger BBQ. Zest specializes in catering each event to the unique specifications of the client, ensuring a personalized experience. They do this all the time and they love every minute of it. They look forward to making the planning process as easy as possible and helping you execute a perfect event for your perfect day!

What a night at the Mount Angel Festhalle! Habitat for Humanity hosted their annual auction, filling the room with generosity, community spirit, and purpose. Zest Catering had the best time providing food for this meaningful fundraiser🏠our team loved being part of an evening that supports such important local work!

Zest Catering had the honor of being part of a beautiful Celebration of Life for Betty Carol Rose at the Vanderbeck Family Farm. ❤️

Betty was a remarkable woman who continued to discover new gifts and passions throughout her life. Later in life, she learned to paint and write poetry, showing that it’s never too late to create, dream, and share something beautiful with the world.

It was a privilege to provide the food for a gathering that celebrated a life so full of love, creativity, and meaning. We hope our small part helped bring comfort and warmth to Betty’s family and friends as they gathered to remember her❤️
