Tinsel ‘n Twine and Kitsap Chair Covers and Specialty Linens have collaborated again! Our Wild West Winter Wonderland holiday party for 1,500 guests truly came to life. From the cozy lantern glow to the vintage Western touches, every vignette was designed to feel warm, inviting, and full of wonder. Creating experiences that make guests smile is our favorite thing — and this winter roundup had heart in every detail. 🤠✨🌲
Step into the Wild West Winter Wonderland! Guests were welcomed through a glittering forest of snow-kissed evergreens, twinkling with warm lights and soft drifts of snow, setting the stage for an unforgettable night.
From there, we filled the Dancehall with rustic Western charm, with the magic continuing overhead. Soft ceiling draping and antler chandeliers created a warm, layered canopy that felt both rustic and elegant — the perfect backdrop for the evening. Hundreds of twinkling lights shimmered above the guests, casting a golden glow that made the entire room feel cozy and alive with holiday sparkle, blending rugged Western charm with winter luxury.
The centerpieces were full of storytelling from every angle. We blended classic Western elements with winter warmth — cowboy details, soft greenery, twinkle lights, and touches of snow that made the ballroom feel like a festive Western Dancehall dressed up for the holidays. Every table felt like its own little moment of frontier magic.
Guests could slip into our cozy Bunkhouse Lounge, styled to feel like a rustic Western cabin dressed for the season. Leather sofas with cowhide pillows and fur throws, a glowing fireplace, cowboy artwork, and soft candlelight created the perfect place to unwind. Each table offered its own frontier-cozy vignette — little storybook moments that made the bunkhouse feel warm, lived-in, and like a snug hideaway on a winter night.
Our two immersive selfie stations were a hit — from the Western Town “Wanted” Wall to the Hay Bale Barn-door backdrop that stole the show. Guests couldn’t resist stopping for a photo (or three).
Creating this theme was pure joy, and we loved watching guests light up the moment they stepped inside.
