So I had to chase down these polenta bags by Bob’s Red Mill as they are scarce in my area. However, I found them and decided to make this amazing meal! Here we have is Teriyaki Salmon w/ Broccolini on the side topped with a shrimp Florentine sauce on top of polenta! When I say delicious! I mean sooo good it would smack your momma in the mouth 🥰 learning as a self taught chef always leaves me wanting to do more!!
