We would like to thank Lily, Ayiana Kriz, Shayla, Maharya and Jennifer for helping with setting up. They worked so hard to make everything look stunning and outstanding. To my daughter, Kayla, for saving the cake. The cake had some flaws from transport, but thank God for the gift of talent she has to be able to make the cake look so good. Then, she went to help again with the fixing of our centerpieces.
Thank you to Lily Gorman, who made the delicious Cambodian egg rolls and her sister in-law for the Cambodian curry soup and who went above and beyond to make sure things went smoothly on that day! She is truly a sister.
To Eric, for making sure there was music. A thank you to Gibran, for helping us to get the place and location. For ate Evelyn Clough, a title holder Mrs. Tourism USA 2023, for being the MC on that day. And a special thank you the Tai Yim Kungfu School for the lion 🦁 dances it was amazingly a great performance you know who you are. Another for Dan Gorman, for doing what a brother in law would do and helping save the day.
To all of my attending family, Thank you so much for coming to our party! I was truly stunned to see that you all made such a long trip for our daughter’s day. My beautiful Tita’s Conchita Castillo, Marcy Fernandez, ate Virgie, ate Venus (who sang so beautifully ), ate Maria (who also sang so well as well) ate Leslie and her son who saved the day, AJ who came from a far with her girlfriend that I didn’t get to see. We had so many people who couldn’t make it that day; we need too many replacements but my family and our KF brothers stepped up and helped fill in the blanks. We are truly blessed to have all of you in our lives. We are truly lucky to have you all as a family and friends.
But I can’t forget that after party clean-up! A huge thank you to our KF sisters and brothers and who stayed and helped:
Lily Gorman, Jennifer, Phung Lee and Mieu Lee Rawls thank you so much. I know I really know how to make huge mess. I am so grateful.
To Jose who made sure Kiana made it to the place and stayed by her side to assisted her in anything she need who stood by her side the whole entire time. His step mom who also came.
To MoMo, Andre, and Avi for the delicious vegetable Samosas. We truly enjoyed them. For our good brother, Michael Sutton, who made the delicious macaroni and cheese. Thank you, thank you 🙏 sooooooo…. Much…..
If I ever missed anyone please 🙏 pardon me I am also thankful to you. Marvin King in his busy schedule was also able to make it, Joseph, Roger Kormann (who I am surprised we thought he won’t make it), and so many KF family. Mike Hammond and his family. Jack Gorman who end with a headache and Ryan Gorman who ran into the dance hall to do his job (dancing with Kiana) and so much more very close family friends.
Finally, to my husband who supported me all the way, stood by and did what he does best one of them is to stay out and let me be me 😂 lol! My huge fans. My hero….
I may have made all the decor but without those very close friends and family I could not have done it. I am forever grateful to all of you.
