Our food trailer is sold and we are officially closing the business.

Thank you everyone who supported us through the years. Wish we could have made it work, but you can't chase your dreams unless you try even in failure, we made memories we will never forget.

I'm hoping I'll be seeing you around in future endeavors!

It's a 2025 Alamo Food Trailers 20 x 8.5 full mobile kitchen

- 8ft Vent Hood with Fire Supression System

- 28" Propane Flat Top

- 2 roof mounted AC units

- 4 burner stove with Oven

- Full Size proofing cabinet/food warmer

- Full Size 3 bay sink

- 4 Gallon hot water heater

- 29" Prep Refrigerator

- Serving Equipment

- 11,000 Watt tri fuel Generator

- 100lb Propane Tank

- 100A Box with 50A plug

Only used a dozen times or so this summer.

Plenty of room to add more equipment without being crowded.

Ready to go make money! No wait time!

Everyone,

I just wanted to post an update about the future of Bruning's Barbecue. I have been going through a ton of stuff in my personal life since March (those who know, know) and I am being forced to go back to work for me to be able to pay my bills and provide for my children.

I will be dialing back BBQ operations for the time being and it's a choice that was difficult, but necessary. I will continue to operate the food truck and catering on my off time so keep an eye on social media for our locations.

Thank you all for your support and I hope to see you all soon.

A month ago I was paying 4.09 per lb for Brisket I just paid 5.61 per pound for Brisket.

Pork butt is over $2/lb now as well.
