This is the perfect weather for events at the venue. Unfortunately, we had some cancellations this weekend, so there are no great photos to share. That happens sometimes and that’s okay. Many of you know I (Shannon) juggle a lot of side gigs like Shannon's Party & Event Rentals (& more) which kept me busy this weekend and I also recently completed my Real Estate License and sm getting my start as a Realtor. Sometimes, a change in plans gives me a much needed break in the juggling game. 🥴
While attending events at other venues recently the cost of venues has come up. I want to take this time to remind you all of my goal and mission for Whispering Pines… My desire is that I can provide an option that is affordable for average people and maintain a personal connection with each client. I’m attaching my information document that goes over pricing and other important details. Pricing starts at only $50 an hour for small gatherings. Yes, I know! 👏🏼 It’s because I want memories to be made here. You can even do weddings for the hourly rate; however, I do recommend a full day rental at $500 a day. If you want two days, I don’t charge that, though. I discount it to $750 for a two-day rental. What?! 😲 But why?! Once again… I want your memories! I want to provide a great gathering place in our community. The options are endless… showers, reunions, weddings, birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation celebrations, fundraising events, craft parties, meetings. If these walls could ever talk (“whisper its secrets”), I would want the stories to be of all the wonderful memories made here.
