Because we are picking up our new food trailer from Southern Dimensions Bbq and Concession Trailers in Georgia in February. We will not be hosting a cook in February or March instead we will be focusing on outfitting, installing equipment and getting the new trailer ready to vend. I know, I know its sad, but if we don't focus we won't be ready for the Spring festivals and events. If all goes well the Azalea Festival April 16th thru 19th will be our 1st outing for us with the new traiiler. We have been asked is this our actual trailer in the factory being finished. YES this is our actual trailer. We are coming back better than ever! I'm so excited for this next chapter of the Mini Farm Mafia Bbq Food Truck & Catering are you our Mafia Family excited too? ***UPDATE UPDATE*** We were told by the manufacturer today, we will be ready for pick up on February 16th. Once we get it picked up 835 miles away, and get back home, we will have to outfit the entire inside of the trailer, install AC and get our custom graphics installed before we will be out and about. We are hoping to be up and running in April for the Azalea festival. Wish us luck and good weather to get this all done.

UPDATE... SOLD OUT ON PORKSTEAKS....
STILL HAVE 3 HALF PANS OF POTATO SALAD..(9X13 is a half pan aboutb6lbs of potato salad)

God is good EVERYDAY!
We have 2 pans of 4 porksteaks available that we call smalls. Same great taste just a bit smaller than our usual ones. We will make anyone that wants to claim them on a 1st come basis a deal today for $25 each pan.

We also have 3 half pans of potato salad available for $40 each. Who wants The Mafia Queens special recipe tater salad?

Once they are spoken for you can pick them up today between 5 and 6pm at our headquarters quarters. Cash only please.
