What you think you're getting vs what you're actually getting.Let me lay this scam out for you because sadly this happened to one of my great, longtime customers today. She ordered a small dish garden on a website for a funeral. She spent $85 (of which $40.53 was fees to the website). Her order was then sent to me requesting a $40 dish garden. FORTY DOLLARS. I recognized her name and called her. We got her order cancelled and she is now sending the plant on the right for less than she paid for the plant on the left!! Please stop ordering from websites other than a real florist!! This hurts real florists because you think we're the ones charging you $85 for a tiny plant. It's not us. We really love to show off and exceed your expectations!! I'm thrilled to fill your orders up as fluffy as I can!! But if you order from another website.... you now know they're only sending me half!!
