These bad boys can bloom multiple times a year when happy and healthy! It is always a reward to watch their buds develop and grow 🤩

A yummy summer squash right off this season’s new seed rack!

We grew this non-vining “compact” variety in a 20 gallon tub - and they are loving it producing tons of blooms and fruit!

We used some to try making our own ratatouille for the first time, and loved the results! 😋

Fun fact: the term ‘vegetable’ is used strictly for culinary and economical purposes. There is NO formal biological classification using the term otherwise…if it’s not a fruit (the seed bearing structure) you’re enjoying, it’s the roots (carrots), the flowers (cauliflower), the leaves (basil), or even the stems (rhubarb)!

Rainy days can’t stop us!
