Just one of the many pans of brussel sprouts I cooked today and my husband's lunch for tomorrow. I can't believe I forgot to snap a picture of the pork chops when they were done. The gravy for my customers was darker and to me that looks better haha either way I out did myself. I give God all the glory for this season I am in and this new chapter.

I’m thinking about offering frozen, oven-ready Thanksgiving sides & desserts this year through Roux Krewe Catering by Rachel!

The idea is simple: I do the prep and cooking—you keep it frozen until you’re ready, then pop it in the oven for Thanksgiving! ❤️

I’m thinking about offering half pans of favorites like:

🍴 Green Beans
🍴 Homemade Dressing
🍴 Sweet Potato Casserole
🍴 Creamed Corn
🍞 Homemade Dinner Rolls
🥧 Desserts & Holiday Sweets

But before I make the official menu, I WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Getting everything ready to make enchiladas. I pulled out the 13 qt Magnalite pot for the orders for today.

What you don't see that I used is enchilada sauce and Rotel tomatoes.
