This cake is flavored entirely with whole ingredients: the strawberry comes from freeze-dried berries, which act like little sponges in the batter, giving a delicate, airy lift that I’m still perfecting.

This month you’ll find:
• Monday muffins with rotating seasonal flavors
• Banana bread
• Classic chocolate chip cookies
• Wednesday doughnuts with rotating flavors
• Cakes & cupcakes, available in limited quantities

All items are pre-order only with 24 hours’ notice.
I bake in small batches each week, so availability is limited and orders are filled first come, first served.
