We’re loving immersive guest experiences and tailoring them to each event in a unique and purposeful way. This caricature station was presented as a “Wanted” sign from the wild Wild West. Guests entered the party after being lassoed by a cowboy trick artist before heading to the engraving station for a personalized bourbon decanter to go home with. Each immersive activation was created with intentional and thoughtful detail.

In April of 2023, I had the honor of planning Sydney and Ryan’s wedding. Now fast forward to September 2025, I was brought back for her sister’s wedding. When I was walking into the venue I ran into a few guests in the parking lot who were overjoyed to see me again. Nothing in this industry is more gratifying than the relationships we create and watch grow overtime. To know we have that much of an impact on a wedding day where the guests remember us is always the most rewarding feeling. 🤍

Guests indulged in a late-night treat that matched the celebration’s luxurious spirit. A gelato truck served creamy flavors while a skilled bartending crew crafted Liz’s signature espresso martini.

The pairing gave everyone a reason to pause, savor, and enjoy a sweet finish to the evening. Surrounded by favorite foods and decadent desserts, the combination of artisan gelato and perfectly balanced cocktails turned this milestone birthday into an experience that delighted every palate and left a lasting impression.

Live singers delivered stunning performances, musicians filled the space with vibrant energy, magicians added an unexpected touch, and professional dancers turned the evening into a true spectacle! Huge shoutout to Sal Valentinetti from The Voice for such an amazing performance.

Our team curated every detail to flow seamlessly, ensuring each performance felt like a natural extension of the celebration. The result was an atmosphere that felt both elevated and unforgettable, where every guest was immersed in a night of pure enjoyment and sophistication.
