🎪 What You Don’t See Behind the Scenes…
You see the beautiful tables.
You see the twinkling lights.
You see the decorations, the details and the finished setup. ❤️
But what you don’t always see is everything that happens before—and after—the event.
Sometimes it looks like this. 👇🏻😂
Climbing into the tractor bucket to reach those hard-to-get-to places…
Cleaning.
Moving.
Lifting.
Setting up.
Taking down.
Washing.
Sweeping.
Organizing.
Fixing.
And doing it all over again.
Because after the last guest leaves, our job isn’t quite finished.
We want the Pavilion to be clean, welcoming and ready for the next celebration. And every piece of decor that leaves our property needs to come back clean, checked and ready for the next person who trusts us with their event.
It may not be the glamorous part of owning an event venue & decor rental business… but it’s a BIG part of what makes your experience special. ❤️
So the next time you see a beautiful event setup, remember… there’s usually a whole lot of work happening behind the scenes that never makes it into the pictures.
And yes… sometimes you have to get creative with the equipment! 🚜😂
